Last night all of sudden my sinuses went nuts. Severe congestion and running of nose,etc started out of no where. I am not sure if its allergies because of change in seasons or if its a cold.

Either way...I was wondering if anyone knew of any things you can do for colds or sinuses.

really not in mood for this on top of my crotch hot burning and soreness,and etc...which by way seems to be worse after I pee..interesting..
