HE IS A rip off salesman do not use him

I sought out Dr. Biamonte to help me resolve issues with my Digestion Problems. Based on his website he maintains the leading belief that Candida, and pathogens are the root cause of digestion problems. My vulnerability to resolve my digestion issues leads me to believe in what he writes is true, and that his self proclaimed expertise in the field of digestion and pathogens are to be believed.

Prior to rejoining the program I emailed him my symptoms. Stating that I have problems digesting the foods that he recommends and that I have tried his protocols without success. I spoke to his office manager Danielle, and she said to book an appt with biamonte. I had previously tried the program 3 yrs ago but was unable to complete it. I new how he has an abcde approach to dealing with digestion issues. I asked If I could first try the Phase O portion of the program to see If I could now tolerate it, before I spent the money on retesting and a new phone consultation. She declined that would be ok, and said that DR> Biamonte needed a new phone consult and a new set of his special designed Diagnostic tests. I asked if the tests that I had done would be valid? and if the new tests I had gotten by others would be valid? But he declined and insisted on a new urine test to diagnose symptoms he already new I had. (this is of course a special test that he designs and personally profit off of)

So I paid 140 $ for a restart FEE. In his online description he says its a 30 min phone consultation. It was less than 10 minutes closer to 8 min. He asked brief questions and I Made sure to tell him. That I have problems with stomach motility, and in the past had problems with his phase 0 supplements. He then proceeded to say phase 0 is different now and you should be ok. I stated that the diet recommendations he gave me to alleviate symptoms actually makes me worse. I stated that I had diagnosed gastroparesis, but he did not address or mention anything. He was quick to say I needed to retest another 250$ test, and recommended me Double up on a few supplements. The consultation was over and in 8 min I had just spent 540 dollars.

I spoke to danielle on the final purchase, she proclaimed that any problems or issues I have come up just email her or Dr. Biamonte. Ok I thought.

I started back on his recomendations and imediately felt worse. I also did the test and found it to be the very same result and the one I did 3 years ago. Instead of pushing me with new tests and double supplements he could of let me see how my body is reacting to them. He seemed to just have an agenda to sell as much volume as possible

Over various emails I expressed concerns and symptoms. and in each email he grew more short tempered and anoyed. That I would challenge anythign that was going on. Stating that I was being rude. In the final contact I emailed him that I think slow motility has to be addressed first and that I was having problems with the supplements and diet recomendations. I did question his expertise , as he refused to address this in any manor before , or even during our phone consultations.

Then he promptly responded GO SE a Gatroenterologist. EVen though THat I expressed to him I have seen a few with no resolution. Then His next line was well Danielle will refund you for the consulation, but not the supplements. WHich put me in a 400 dollar loss. He stated I need to learn how to ask quesions. I wrote back in frustration that I had been trying to get through this program for weeks now and have been expressing problems that he seemed to not want to address or hear. Even though I was lead to believe I could express difficulties.

By him pulling the rug out fromm me for things I introduced before hand, It is in my belief not right. Refunding the 8 min 140$ consultation, and leaving me with 400 dollars of additional supplements that only work in tandem with the rest of the program is highway robbery, and not good business practice in my opinion.
