Well, the HC seems to be the strongest and I've done many of these but recently I'm doing milder ones with magnesium citrate and flavored oil and they seem to be agreeing with me more. I was having trouble keeping the oil down after my 4th flush with the HC.

I'd recommened starting with HC
Andreas seems to be very popular with good results too
along with using Julia Changs (http://www.sensiblehealth.com)'s tinctures with them then doing Andrea's flush.....many have reported good results with this combination
I've just done the good old HC's and rotate with mag citrate from time to time instead of ES.
listen to your body and make adjustments
now, i also use julia changs coptis and chinese bitters the week prior to a flush and now i no longer see large formed stones but stone casings as the tinctures crush the stones........it's just mushier now....but i also have estrogen dominance and am trying to balance myself out quicker with the tinctures
whether you use julia changs tinctures or not i would recommend using malic acid 2x daily the week prior to soften any hard stones or eat 2 apples a day or drink a liter of organic apple juice or fresh to soften stones.

also, if you go on the http://www.askshelley.com site she lists many good stone softeners that you can take that are less expensive than the julia chang tinctures.

The HC flush is posted here under cleanse

The easy flush that I do is:

2 hours after eating I take 30 packets of coromega flavored fish oil along with the HCl tablets all can be purchased at http://www.iherb.com

then, 1-2 hours after that I drink a bottle of magnesium citrate and take 8 ornithine capsules......this knocks you out so you can sleep through the night and not be up with the gurgling and pooping.......highly recommended.......

and I also take malic acid and julia chang the week prior

there is also a flush listed on Julia changs site. I haven't tried that though.

I think using the ES is a deeper flush that's how it feels to me but it can also knock you out so I find rotating betwen the easy flush and the HC is best for me right now.

good luck!
