I AM Zapperguy and am the owner of the zapperguy.com domain. I would like to respond to your claim.

A) You never ordered anything from zapperguy.com, because there has never been any content on the domain, much less a way to order anything. I registered it for possible use and never activated the site, deciding instead to sell exclusively on eBay. I also have a distributor who is very responsible.

B) Go to ebay.com and enter my ID (mstrong1) in the search box, then click my feedback. It is nothing but comments like "beautifully made device", "tests perfectly", "fastest shipper on eBay", etc., etc. for hundreds of zapper feedback comments. See WHAT IS ACTUALLY TRUE for yourself.

C) Any dispute is easilly addressed through eBay or Paypal, both of which I have never had a dispute on.

D) I am easy to contact, by any means you desire, respond immediately and do whatever it takes to see to it that everyone is 100% satisfied. I have a lifetime free repair policy, a no questions asked money back policy. I make high quality stuff in my military electronics factory where my main customers are people like Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon, Harris, BAE, etc. I am constantly audited by people like this for record keeping and quality. If I can keep all of them happy, certainly I can keep a few fellow zapper experimenters happy.

E) Comments by others: I have seen people ask if SOTA, The RSG-4, the Terminator II, The Mini FG, The Multi-Zap and others are good units. I have seen all of these and tested all of these. I can report they are all good units. In fact I make quite a few units for other sellers. Don't ask, because I won't tell.

F) Quality; my stuff is made by machine and tested by machine (millions of dollars worth of machines). It's a big facility that makes lots of stuff for commercial, industrial and military customers. I got into zappers by mistake when one of my neighbors talked me into hand making him some. Then he wanted more and more and more. I couldn't justify tying up my lab guys building them so I had to make them a production item. Then the neighbor moved and lost interest and I was left with hundreds of zappers and expensive tooling to make them, so I put them on eBay and quickly became the #1 eBay seller of them, so I continue to make them.

G) Someone else wondered if I ran out of zappers. NO, I have thousands on the shelf, 6 zapperguy models and 7 models I make for other people.

H) Someone else wondered if the government raided us. NO, the government is in here pretty much weekly, in fact I have lunch with their facility auditors about once a week. They have no cause for argument with me on zappers as I don't claim they do anything other than produce X electrical output, for experimenters to attempt to either prove or dis-prove Dr. Clark's theories. What you do with them is your business, I make NO suggestions regarding that and anyone asking about them is directed to quackbusters.com and told to google zappers and arrive at their own conclusions and do as they wish.

SO, I make excellent devices with high tolerence componets at VERY low cost, ship them instantly and have perfect customer service. If you have decided you want to experiment with zappers to either prove or dis-prove zapper claims (or for some other purpose, unknown to me), I offer the best deal and if you don't like them, you can return them and get your money back. What else can I say?
