well....here's to not eating : )

I just took 2 more advil. The pain is residing in my neck and shoulders and shoots sparatically up my skull.

I wasn't aware that you could shove those crusts up your nostrils? I will have to try that.

The other thing I'm noticing, is my sense of smell. It is really working well, especially when I walk by the men's bathroom in my office. Can you say "BARF"! I surely don't need the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with this ability, I just have to walk be a toilet and puke.

I will check in tomorrow, AFTER I sleep in. That's the other problem is I have had little sleep this week which isin't helping.

I had an herbal crannberry tea earlier to warm me up.

As long as you are at home, take advantage of being close to the bath! I read somewhere on here to use the epson salts in a really hot bath and it pulls the pains out...

...oh, and I heard for those painful eyelashes, just bash the side of your head with the iron and it will distract from that pain...
