I did the Master-Cleanse for 5 days in February. THen a day a month since. Then last month I fasted from coffee and sugar. Took a day off, now Im fasting from sugar, coffee, dairy, meat and grains until the end of the month. This is also spiritual fast. Eventually I would like to eat 80% raw and eat whatever I want once a week or every other week.
