If you go back on caffeine after this MC, before your next one you may want to start weaning yourself a week or so before you start! It will help with the headaches.

Help for a headache: take an Epsom Salts bath or soak your feet in Epsom Salts and as hot of water as you can stand!!

The first couple of days are usually the worst as far as making food for the family. I have made meals ahead of time and put them in the freezer...or I've sent them out to eat! ;)
