Thanks Tiffany. I broke my fast because I was going oncall, and was nervous that the Master-Cleanse would not give me the energy I needed. I will stop the tea and SWF. I bought a bunch of fruit today (pineapple, oranges, peaches, bananas, more lemons).

If I blend my fruit with water, and puree my vegie soup, would be a good way to break? Maybe do just one meal like that and the rest of the day the Master-Cleanse lemondade for a few days?
