Agreed to all except the sun ruins your skin. A group of monks who spent their lives cloistered out of the sun had baby-smooth, wrinkle-free, unspotted skin into their 80's despite an average diet.

The sun's radiation is, unfortunatly, not good for the appearance of the skin in future years. (some is needed for vitamin D, but that's as far as I'll go with sun exposure).
