Grape juice is very good for flushing. I've heard that there are even grape juice fasts that people go on.

I'll let you know when I start. I'd love your support, for sure. You're so close to being finished! Only six days. Tonight I'll be reading a lot, this always gets me started. It helps to remind myself of the health benefits. Reading my blog is also very helpful. Hopefully, tomorrow will be it.
