It appears that unless we can arrange to live in a bubble, it may be best to prevent than to cure.

I do remember in childhood being treated regularly. Hmmm...

Anyhow, now I must ask if you can post a link to your suggestions for the twice yearly cleanse, including your website - [I am aware of the sell/don't sell polemic, but will make my own informed decision].

Also, if I may ask your opinion on Clarkia tincture as a maintenance option.

(I do take Lugol's Iodine and probiotics on occasion, and Clarkia tincture [quite sporadically.])
