I take two tabs with small meals (breaky and lunch). Dont have the jar with me but I believe it is 330mg of HCL and 60mg of Pepsin. I then take 5 with large meals. I was taking six but after taking 6 for a few weeks I started to get some discomfort so I am down to 5 now.

Theory states that you will eventually reduce the HCL supplementation slowly until your stomach is back to its normal producing HCL state.
