Wow - do you mind me asking are you doing this along side the anti-candida diet or anything other types of treatment?
I have candida in my small intestine (diagnosed 2 years ago by a LISTEN test.) It's really high time that I did something about it. My biggest problem is that I travel every couple of weeks for work so doing the diet will be difficult. I have been hoping for the last couple of days to find some miricle type of thing which will do what you described!!!
