Hi 27613,

I'm using Oxypowder . I have some senna tea left over from a Colonix pack which works very well too but I haven't used it during the fast, just the Oxypowder . I find I don't need to take it every second day as recommended, one dose seems to keep me going for about 5 or 6 days, not sure why.
