Don't drink!!!
I am not sure about other clenses, but when I started my liver clense I did not feel like drinking any alcohol anymore. I have never been addicted to it but I had quite stressful job and liked to have some beer or wine almost every evening and something stronger on weekends. I am Russian, and alcohol drinking is a very essential part of our culture, so we have high percentage of alcoholiks. After I got my first liver clense results I don't want to drink anymore, only on some special occasions. Sometimes, following my old habit,I would pour myself a glass of some good wine, But I can't really drink more than one glass and feel quite tired after. I have quite a collection of different nice alcohol drinks now at my place and I don't know now if I will ever be able to drink it all. Before, these collection would disappear within one month or so.
My father is an alcoholik and I know very well where it can lead you.
Just start clensing and may be the problem will get solved by itself like it did in my case.
