I have read a lot about foods for liver and gallbladder. However, I don't recall seeing oatmeal, prunes or prune juice (no sugar)on any list. I have heard that grains contains mold but with severe food allergies oatmeal is one of the things that doesn't seem to bother me. Also, organic prune juice. Do these food effect the liver in a positive or negative way? Thanks.
