How many supplements were you taking per day? And which ones? I think I get to a point where too many supps cause problems but I never can really get a feel for whats what-if you know what I mean. I mean I truly want to believe all the different supps are doing different great things for me and most of the time I can tell that they are helping but then I have those days where I question everything.
