why not just rinse and rinse again with ACV?

I have been using shampoo,but I may just stop soon. I'm using less and less "products"-- but more and more ACV!

Today I started making some vinegar with goji berries. (using the acv starter)

I wish I could see into the "chemical" picture of that mix, considering all the goodness of both. Anyone have any ideas of whehter there might be 'contraindications'?

It smells and tastes very good. We'll see how it is, when it ripens.
