Overall, I'm a totally changed person from the time I started UT. I'm no longer using UT but did continue a regimen for a few months that started with a few drops to cup fulls of UT. The benefits ? I was plagued with chronic back pain, chronic fatigue, hyperacidity, and now all those are distant memories. On the surface my skin which used to be plagued by Acne is now clear and lustrous as well as my hair. My vision is sharp and clear and no longer wear glasses for astigmatism. I have a good and optimistic mood, so it really is a complete turnaround for me. I've done a lot of other alternative health practices to try to improve my health but I can resoundingly say that the UT made the ultimate difference.
