i took them for 18 days prior to my 1st flush, plus did a 2 day apple juice fast. did the andreas flush. yielded no stones. very common for a 1st flush.

the tinctures come in handy if you feel that you have something stuck. but if money is an issue, i would forego the tinctures. they're not necessary.
