hi guys

i have recently decided to begin a Bowel Cleanse in preperation for a liver cleanse. I have suffered with constipation for a very long time. After some research i think a lot of it has to do with having my appendix removed when i was 9. new research indicate that the appendix far from being a vestige organ is actually quite a complex little thing. One of it's main jobs is to produce good bactaria to be sent to the colon to act as a lubricant. this lubricant is what moves the stuff along. without it one assumes the waste would have a more much difficult time leaving your body. hense constipation.

so i have started a course of Oxypowder . im up to 10 caps per night, and have only now begun to have three BM's. Is this normal. Also where does all the liquid come from in the BM's? is this leeched from the body?

im really interested to know how Oxypowder works? how deep does it clean? how long can i continue the cleanse? will it eventually clean enough of my colon so that there is no muciod plaque?
