Sorry about that, its a TBS table spoon.

You can take up to 4oz dose a day 10ppm. If you are in the USA, or big people, this dosage is OK. If you never touch CS, start with 1oz a day for one week, 4oz a day for one month then 12 to 16 oz daily with a 5 to 10 ppm.

This is how I did to myself and my friends.

This dose consider very low compare to the EPA.

I'm pretty new to this. I will do more experinment to myself and my participant friends. I will pose more by then.

The bad think is CS doesn't kill big worm, only egg that was kill by cs.

PS. I forget to tell you all was that I use IV to make CS. Distill water is good but IV is much better cs quality.
