What is Oxypowder , and where can I find it? Do they sell it at whole foods stores? What does it do to your body that gets you to have a bowel movement? How do you know how much to take, does it say it on the bottle or package? Do you take it with anything, like water?


And any other opinions on why you can't drink cold water while on a fast, I would really love some more opinions so that I hear both sides.
