i would recommend Oxypowder for you, if you take enough i GUARANTEE you iwll have a bowel movement, just be sure to drink plenty of water with it or you will get dehydrated. as far as drinking cold water, if you really want to i don't see a problem with it, as long as you don't get the chills or your body temp doesn't drop too low.
