I'm sorry to hear what happened with the cornstarch. I've had a couple of experiences like that myself where I ate something I'm allergic to at a resturaunt and I ended up a mess for a few days. Yikes! lol!

Well, I'm really excited about talking about this diabetes issue too. I just started up a blog so I could post all the type 1 diabetes healing links I had found. It's called healing type 1 diabetes. I've got a few links on and will be adding a lot more.
