milgurl,

I have not gained weight (yet), but I have not lost it either.
My kids just started school so I am starting to excercise. Yesterday I ran a little over a mile. Today, I'm going to do some light upper body with weights. I want to run every day, but since yesterday was the first time in 6 years, my right shin seems to be very sore today.

Try not to stress over what other people say. I know I can't stand it when people call me skinny or talk behind my back if I am anorexic. If you know you are thin, then you are not anorexic - that is a mental disorder of people who are thin but think they are fat. It sounds like you have bad digestion, which is physical so don't let other people thinking your crazy make you think your crazy.

If you want to try the warrior diet, then go for it. If you have problems eating large amounts of food at once, then try snacking on fruits during the day and a few nuts if you can. If you eat in the evening, stop before you feel crappy. I hate those people who tell you that you have to stuff yourself with food to gain weight. Eating tons of food never worked for me; the only thing for me is excercise.

Have you considered that Okra Pepsin that everyone is talking about on the Ask Curezone Community Forum? It's supposed to help clear out your small intestine and help you digest food better. I know that Dr Schultze has a digestion formula that you can take with your meals that is supposed to help as well. I have never tried it, but I have tried many of his other herbs and I really like them.

Tina.
