Its me... this is my work computer as opposed to my home. I didn't seem able to get get my password and really wanted to post something, so I opened a new account rather than try to get the old password. I suppose I could fix that though.

I found the emotional work to be a huge relief. you can literally feel it right away when the negative emotions are released. my eczema is now the clearest it has been for a long time.... the emotional work is a big part, together with UT, diet ect.
