When I started out I had a glass of water with Alka Seltzer Gold in it that I would sip, you can find this advice under Dr.Kelley's flush under cleansing.
From Telman I learned a few things, I now add dandelion extract, ginger powder and turmeric powder (or extract) to my OO (Olive-Oil) combo, it tastes better too.
In 50 flushes over more than 3 1/2 years I vomited about 2 times, but it still worked.
