My post nasal drip has been majorly improved by 3 specific things.

1) Oil Swishing. This is done every morning for 5-20 minutes. Other essential oils can be added for more effect such as oregano oil. OO (Olive-Oil) really gets the mucus flowing. There are also suggestions in using this practice for people with dental work.

2) Enteric Coated Peppermint Oil: This helps clear up small intestine bacterial overgrowth that can prevent adequate digestion of foods, especially sugars and starches which seems to contribute to excess mucus production and a more comfortable home for candida. Use this 3 times a day for 20 days and the effect will be impressive.

3) Maximum strength Grapefruit Seed Extract: This product alone, has put the finishing touches on my post nasal drip. My breathing in the morning is better than I can ever remember. I use DefensePlus by Nutribiotic, but I would guess there are other good brands around too. 15 to 30 days of use should do the trick.

These 3 things have had a profound effect on my sinuses. Less congestion, PND, and swelling is apparent in a relatively short period of time. Basically a month of continuous care. It has not been difficult to follow this regimen. And it is not expensive. All these products including shipping cost was under $30.

I would also suggest a product called Nasal Spray by Nutribiotic that contains Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and buffered vitamin C. It is strong, but it works!

Good luck!
