Of course, but these symptoms you speak of will dissipate in due course. You cannot expect all your ills to vanish within a few days, no matter how "hard" you cleanse.

I am not much older than you, Kevin, and believe me when I say that I can see a lot of "newbie me" in you - the desire to know everything NOW, perhaps a little fear driving you to attack cleansing head on?

I suppose what I am saying is that you need to learn to nurture your body and let it redress the balance; not make war on yourself...
