I don't have that problem exactly, but struggled with atopic dermatitis for years (and still do just a little bit).

The "cure" won't come in the form of a skin cream, the real problem is not your skin, but rather deep inside your body.

Diet and cleansing as outlined on the website were a great help for me... Liver Flushing ect, eliminating toxins from your life. it takes time, but can really help.
