I am having success in clearing my sinus by using steam inhalation. I add eucalyptus oil to the water. Also, trying to be extremely meticulous about oral hygeine. My sinus were full of yeast- all the way up to my eyeballs. I can breathe freely now, almost never get discharge... post-nasal drip is gone. It isn't all done, still clearing up, but has come a long way with this method.
