I'm glad to hear you say that MH. Those who are still seeking better health and those who are seeking healing need to be heard and need to be allowed to ask questions. There are many paths to health talked about here on Curezone; some resonate with me, some do not. My theory and philosophy is that nothing we do is going to heal us, all the liver, kidney, colon, and parasite cleanses in the world will probably not "cure" us. All the herbs and supplements known to man cannot "cure" us. All that we can realistically do is cleanse and feed our bodies so that they can achieve the balance nature intended and then the body can heal itself. We have to rid ourselves of the allopathic attitude that an herb, supplement or cleanse its all it takes to fix what is wrong. We must allow our bodies to function the way they were designed to. Frankly, I do not think I will ever be perfect in all my actions, I'm not even sure I want to be. I'd sure miss those pot-luck dinners at my little Baptist Church :). But I know I can and must do better than I have been and I think a fast is in order to help break bad habits. I have done short water fasts for many years, three Master Cleanses, a juice fast and an apple fast/cleanse. This will be my first time with orange juice. My grocery store has Valencia oranges now as well as Navels. Both are frightfully expensive, but I am going to give it a try after another ten day worth of preparation.
