Thanks! I've read the book twice, but obviously need to do so again if it mentions the herbal tea. You all have enough to do w/out answering questions that are answered in the book!

So OK, tomorrow instead of my usual juice varieties, I'll just do the lemonade. Except--shoot, I think I only have one lemon. Well, that will get me started in the morning till I can get to a store.

Now, do I wanna do the tea at night and next morning, or try the SWF, whichever?
