I have been using Dr. Shultz' formula twice per day. I brush with Dr. Christophers formula twice per day and make a paste to leave on all night long. Initially I was using the paste during the day also. Results: the pain has gotten better and better ( and it was so bad even the darvocette the dentist gave me wasn't working ), and as of today the pain is GONE!!!
