i listen to my body

at first i used cheap potassium Iodide - the stuff they sell for nuke attacks. what they fail to tell you and i found out by experience, it shuts the thyroid down when you flood it with iodine. boy was that a miserable few days.

then i layed off and just ate organic food. then later i bought some of Edgar Cayce s atomodine, which is a channeled recipe for non-poisonous iodine. i have taken it a few times and still i got a few cold chills from it. i have taken a few drops when the urge arose and thats it. i have it and my body tells me if it needs it. i am doin quite well lately, feeling warm and energetic.
