I had my g.b. out about a month and a half ago and my chiropractor recommended a natural product/dietary supplement to take with any meal that includes fat. It is called Cholacol and is made by Standard Process Inc. YOu can google it and find where to order it from. It has bile salts in it which are suppose to help with digestion.
