Thanks I will read through your posts. I was thinking of getting that peppermint stuff actually. What's weird is my hunch is lowered HCL allowed bacteria to grow into my small intestine but when I started taking HCL my symptoms got worse. My hope is that i've spent maybe 5 years with lowered HCL and suddenly introducing 3 pills of it with each meal was a bit of a shock down there and my symptoms worsening is just some sort of die-off thing since I read these things give off toxins. 5 years I could probably develop leaky gut maybe and so it gets into my blood easy.
