Hi Trapper,

I am a fellow hypothyroid sufferer. Some of the things that you have implemented I currently use as well. One thing that I have not implemented is the use of iodine. I understand that this is something that is recommended by some naturopaths and I have read various articles stressing its importance. Nevertheless, I suffer from Hashimoto's thyroiditis and it is also my understanding that the use of Iodine can wreak havoc with this type of disorder. Do you also suffer from Hashimoto's? And if so, and even if not, what is your regimen with respect to the iodine? Thanks.
