Every day of life carries with it the penalties of living against God's Intended Creation, to eat ice cream is but 1 of a thousand such penalities. To live perfectly would be too large a crime for the civilized race and sensless to instruct anyone to do so; BUT, once ill and in trouble, Nature is the Only Guide and then the rules must be followed.
