I have noticed in my previous messages that i have told you my diet is good, so really your're advice was to use vitamin e oil, which used during the day holds in heat and attracts heat and burning . Also i purchased some argan oil the other day but havent used it cause i am worried about applying oil to my skin for the reason i get very hot in the face.
I think water based is the only thing i should be applying, i would like to not apply the sunscreen and i do wear a hat and glasses.
