You can get depressed with cleansing and fasting because of those feelings actually resurfacing instead of using food to get a "high". It's a detox thing basically. The Liver Flush and epsons also probably detoxed at least a few days of the medication you're on.

As for low on nutrients/vitamins..Serotonian probably.
