My diet is mostly raw, but sometimes I eat sort of really bad foods, like yesterday, which is probably why I feel the way I do today. I moved away from chain smoking neighbors about a year ago, so my air is definitely better now, and my lungs have started to heal.

The greatest toxins in my life, if you can call them that, are probably negative thoughts. My parents shaped me into this judgemental, selfish, self-hating, self-defeating being, and now they are trying their best to keep me from healing that damage.

To be frank, I have heard what you just wrote before, but I don't truly understand it yet.
