yes, Your right about poor diet and I did the organic/natural Sugar and wheat eating during stressfull times. I am in primenopause to. I do now the natural calm for magnesium/calicum now hope that is a good product. I can get bowel cleanser and do that. I have mitral valve prolapse to minor and always had an irregular heartbeat I am intune to every beat and feel it everyday. What a way to live ugggggggggggggggggggggg. Had this for about 20 years heart going out of whack whenever. Thank you all for your advise truely.
