Hello,

I have acid reflux I just recently lost 17 pounds. I am trying items I purchase from a health food store like food enzymes; digest products did the Braggs vinegar, so on and so on. Changing diet habits to so I am hoping it will get better. But I don't just get the cramps, bloated and acid tummy feel I get irregular heart beats or it goes out of whack. It is the most horrible scary thing to deal with. I do have an irregular heart but now it is worst when I eat. It happens if I don't eat for hours or after I eat. I did a search on the net and I can't find any natural remedies for vagus nerve. I don't like to do medicine if I don't have to. I hope things get better it does take time. I do think hormones play a part in this when you get older to. I am trying slippery elm to but is there more I can do any other herbs or vitamins.
