By the way I am doing it as we speak after years of drinking and it's working. I know that diet and a positive attitude works...along with herbs. At least we are all struggling with the same thing. Something sticks with me I read about addictions. Look at it (the addiction) as something you agreed to take on and transcend before you ever came to this earth. It's a challenge but it can be done. Think how great you will look and feel. And write me any time because it helps to have support and I could use some too!
