Imo its pretty damn good. Ive cut out all dairy, sugars and im following a candida diet. Ive been doing for ages now and it has helped. Ive not eaten fruits because it contains too much Sugar and alos i cant eat greens as this causes constipation, yes constipation!!

Any ideas what i could do or change?
