As i have said before i am doing Liver Flush's to hopefully cure my depression. My mood really isnt the issue as much as the physical affects of depression; constipation, poor quality sleep, tight muscles, numb hands and feet, stiff back/backache and anxiety. However since i have done my first flush, despite not yielding any stones i feel down and almost like crying. Is this because my body is run down on nutrients, even though i have been taking minerals, vitamins and fish oils since? Or is it related to my liver?

Thought appreciated.

P.S. I was previously 42402 before, but i have decided to come out of my shell!
