Hello again,

You really need to incorporate a cleanse; specifically one that incorporates a parasite cleanse. The system that I mentioned in my earlier post does include a parasite cleanse. In addition you will need to address the dietary needs of those who suffer with eczema. The wholehealthmd.com website that I referred you to provides a detailed outline of the deficiencies that eczema represent; and in addition, directs you in selection of the foods that provides those essential nutrients. When you incorporate these two things (a cleanse & proper diet), you are addressing the root cause of the problem. By cleansing the body, you are ridding the body of the toxic buildup that's promoting the irritation. By incorporating a diet rich in the foods that contain the nutrients for which your body is deficient, you are restoring your immune health.

Stress releases cortisol, which increases histamine production and produces eczema flareups. To help alleviate the stress levels naturally, you can consider chamomile tea.

Another suggestion is to soak in a bath of Epsom Salt to help cleanse the skin of bacterial growth and fungal infections.

For a start, I can point you in the direction of two natural skin care lines that may work for you. They are Shikai and Burt's Bees. The Shikai brand of products that you may want to consider are the moisturizing bath and shower gel and the Borage Skin Therapy lotion for moisturizing. In addition, you may want to use their shampoos as well. Burt's Bees products that you may want to consider are the Burt's Bees shower soap, the Carrot Nutritive lotion, and the Vitamin E bath oil. Here are the websites: http://www.shikai.com & http://www.burtsbees.com
