- Try grapefruit mixed with the epsons to help kill the taste
- Don't fast. Eat real food on day of flush.
- Drink a lot of water to help flush the epsons out faster.
- Don't try and flush if constipated. I just tried this and too many toxins floating around and it made me puke.
